  1. Go to Return-Settings / General / Product Tags

  2. Make sure that there are no blank lines or whitespaces in the textfield other than the product-tags you have added

  3. If you haven't added any product-tags there should be not a single character in the textfield

  4. Click save and try again.

That should resolve the issue.
