If you are a customer on our Plus plan, you can set up a custom domain like returns.nike.com with us. Head over to Brand-Settings > Custom Domain in your Rich Returns dashboard to set this up. If you'd like to upgrade to the Plus plan, head over to Account > Your Plan in your Rich Returns dashboard and select the Plus plan to activate this feature.

Most frequently used & working great for merchants. Simply head over to Brand Settings in your Rich Returns dashboard and click 'Copy link to return portal'. You can find a full guide to set this up over here:
