Multi-Language Return Reasons

A guide on setting your portal with return reasons in multiple languages.

Tune in to learn how to present return reasons in all the languages your store supports β€” and help your customers express themselves even better!

First off, let's head over to our Return settings (1) -> General (2) -> Manage Return Reasons (3) section, as shown in the screenshot below:

Next, a window will pop up, and that's the window where we manage all of our return reasons and their translations. Remember that you should have all the default return reasons from the beginning in the English language. For testing purposes, we're focusing on only one return reason. So, let's add one!

Once we save our return reason, that beauty should look like this:

For example purposes, let's continue adding a Spanish, German, and French version of the same return reason. Follow the steps above to do the same for all of those languages. Once done, it should look like this:

And that's it! We now have our return reason in EN, ES, DE, and FR. Happy customers all over the world!

How does it work? All customers with the corresponding language as the chosen one in Shopify will see the return reason in that language. A complete Rich Returns experience in their native language.
