These forms allow customers to update the shipping address after checkout when they proceed with addresses that cannot be validated. They are accessible via the Thank You page after checkout or on the email notifications.
If you want to give your "Update forms" in the Address Validator app a personalized touch, follow these simple steps:
1. Accessing the Update Forms:
Customers can access the Update Forms through the Thank You page post-checkout or on the email notifications. Clicking on the "Update or confirm" button redirects them to the update form page.
2. Customizing with CSS:
Customize colors and other parameters using custom CSS to align with your branding or preferences.
On the other hand, you can simply customize the prompts with our easy-to-use color picker.
3. Changing Verbiage:
Tailor the language on the form to suit your tone or specific requirements.
Edit text files to adjust the verbiage as needed. Changes are saved automatically 😊
With these steps, you can easily make the Update Forms in Address Validator uniquely yours, both visually and linguistically.
