That's a good one.

  1. In Rich Returns, the return will only be counted once - and that is from the moment of creation. Let's say a return is created in November, it will be counted towards the statistics for November.

  2. In Shopify's reporting, this return will be counted once it is resolved. So, let's say this same return was created in November. However, if resolved in December, it will be added in the reporting for December.
