Just add the tag in our Return-Settings exactly as you have added it to the product in your Shopify store.

Example product tag: Summer Collection

Use the exact same Summer Collection writing in our dashboard. Both words on the same line. If you have another product tag (e.g. Blackfriday), the next one goes on the next line, etc.
