Honeycomb is not currently integrated with native subscription products (ones that are processed through Shopify's checkout page) in all funnel types.
Honeycomb does support subscription products through post purchase offers only.
Here are the expected results in case using native subscriptions:
- A cart with one time products only >
the app will show > open the regular checkout if upsell offers are not accepted | Open the draft orders checkout if offers are accepted.
- A cart with both one time and subscription products >
the app will not show and the checkout will open with the subscription product.
- A cart with subscription products only >
the app will not show and the checkout will open with the subscription product.
Honeycomb is currently only integrated with Recharge legacy version, as detailed here.
