Follow these steps to troubleshoot your Cart page funnel:
1) Click on "preview" in your funnels list
Does the funnel show?
If not - here's how to fix it.
If you see the funnel, move on to the next step.
2) Head over to your store, add the trigger product to your cart, go to cart - click "continue to checkout".
If you see the funnel, it's all working as expected.
If not, move on to the next step.
3) Check if you used or still using any of these apps:

Our Cart page funnels are essentially blocked by any of those apps / code scripts in your storefront.
2 options here:
Option A
Remove any other app or code to use our cart page funnels
(Sometimes other apps will leave dead code in your theme.liquid file)
Option B
Keep any other code / app.
Use Honeycomb as a post purchase upsell app (thank you pages and one click post purchase offers)
Use Honeycomb as a blog upsell app (blog pages).
Use Honeycomb as a product upsell app (product pages).
4) Your checkout buttons has href="XXXXX" declarations
It might look like this:
In case of href's - they will force the page to redirect, effectively causing a no show.
We can override that from our end with some theme changes.

5) Have you tested the funnel by using dynamic checkout buttons inside the cart page or the product page?
Dynamic checkout buttons look like this:
Please note that Shopify apps can not work when using dynamic checkout buttons. These buttons communicate directly with payment providers, and can not trigger any app. To maximize your funnel views, we recommend hiding dynamic checkout buttons from the product page and cart page.
6) Have you removed the other apps and code but cart page funnel won't show?
